Serve as the legal representatives of the church

Support and strengthen the spiritual health of the Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church

Serve as the legal representatives of the church

Pray for and with (privately and publicly) the congregation of Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church

Transact business of the church

Establish, approve, and oversee the annual budget of the church and present the same to the congregation of CFBC

Receive reports from the Senior Pastor, ministries and various organizations of the church.
