Dr. William H. Whitaker, Il is one of God's servants who has dedicated his life and ministry to strengthening both the church and all who serve within it. A native of Roanoke, Virginia, his career spans across cultural and denominational lines as he has served within both predominately black and white congregations and in Baptist, Presbyterian, and Southern Baptist Churches.
